The Justice Court of the Village of Spring Valley has three justices:

Criminal

• Hon. David Fried, J.J.C.
• Hon. Djinsad Desir, J.J.C.

Civil

• Hon. Jacquelin Millien, J.J.C.

The judges are assisted by their Chief Clerk Elsie Cheron and an Associate Court Clerk plus a staff of seven employees.  The Justice Court has jurisdiction over a broad range of matters, including vehicle and traffic matters, small claims, evictions, civil matters, and criminal offenses.
